How would you like to be able to communicate with your fellow RumbleTalk users in real-time? Well, that’s what RumbleTalk does best! It requires no special equipment or software. So, once you’ve set up your account it will be just as easy from then on out!

Step 1: Create a RumbleTalk Account

Creating an account with RumbleTalk is free and pretty straightforward. Even if you’re on a free plan, there are several engagement tools that will save your team time and money. On paid plans, you get to customize the number of seats, rooms, admins and keywords based on your business goals. So, regardless of which plan you go with, it only takes a few clicks to set up your account.

To do this, just go to the RumbleTalk website and sign up. You will be redirected to the RumbleTalk chat log-in interface. Type your preferred email and password to proceed. You can also sign-up via your Facebook account.

Step 2: Choose your preferred chat type

After this, you can choose from the chat types that RumbleTalk offers. All of which are equipped with powerful engagement tools that are thoughtfully curated for you and your clients’ convenience.

Social Chat — A public group chat built for communities and open discussions.

Member’s Chat — Members that are already logged in to your website will be the only ones allowed to enter the conversation. Use this in closed private group chat discussions. You can also add a log-in page so you can restrict the chat to your members only.

Moderated Chat — This chat type allows you to assign a moderator to manage the group chat and perform functions such as screening inbound messages before it goes live, limiting the users, banning a specific user, changing the chat type, exporting transcripts, filtering profanity, and more.

Private Chat — A type of chat where users can communicate with other users in a one-on-one conversation. Use this for confidential discussions and networking without the clutter of a group chat.

Expert’s Chat — This serves as your virtual consultation room. It is the perfect venue for experts (such as lawyers, doctors, mentors, healthcare practitioners, and fitness gurus) to have a private conversation with a client.

Moreover, since your purpose for the chat may vary for every event, you are free to change the chat type at any time depending on what you need at the moment.

Step 3: Customize your chat room

To make your chat room a more personalized place, it’s easy to start with one of our pre-made designs. Moreover, there are also plenty of customization options such as CSS. You can change colors and add your own logo or icon to your group chat room. If you really want your event to stand out, why not post a welcome message for your audience? This helps them feel engaged immediately and will encourage them to stick around longer. Make sure that everyone knows how they can get involved and help other users — there’s nothing worse than logging into a chat room only to find that no one is around!

We offer a quick editor for easy point and click customization of the web group chat in the Advanced Design tab of your admin panel. Take your time here to explore the possible designs and personalization you can create.

Step 4: Invite people into your chat
