Collecting customer insights and feedback through polls

RumbleTalk Polls is the latest feature that we’ve added to our array. It lets admins and chat owners create and publish polls. In turn, this can help in collecting customer feedback. Let’s see it in action.

  1. Sign up on the RumbleTalk website.
  2. On your admin panel, click Settings > Polls.
  3. In there, you can create a new poll, see current polls, and check poll statuses and data.
  4. To create one, click Create new poll.
  5. Type a question and four pre-made answers.
  6. Click Send if you want to share it or Save it if you want to keep it as a draft.

There’s another way in which you can create a poll and that’s in the chat room itself.

  1. Proceed to go into one of your chat rooms.
  2. As an admin, open the chat settings.
  3. Click Polls.
  4. Then, just follow the steps above in creating a poll.
  5. If you want to stop the poll, open a current poll in the chat settings. Then, click Publish.
  6. To see the results of your poll, go back to the admin panel.

It’s as simple as that. Your analytics team can serve as the administrators and collect the data that they need. It’s up to them to strategize with what kind of questions and answers they will send in the chat room. With Polls, you can gather insights and feedback. You can use this to gather the data that you need for your future planning and strategies.
